Modules include:

• Components of Sexual Harassment - Examines the definition of sexual harassment and the specific components that qualify a behavior as sexual harassment. Reviews the carious federal and state laws and lists available resources. The module also looks at the extent a sexual harassment incident can affect an organization.

• Types of Sexual Harassment - Reviews the two major types of sexual harassment and defines the various types of behaviors that can be considered sexual harassment and provides examples of each. Provides participants with a fuller and better awareness of the types of behavior that can negatively affect others and how to avoid these behaviors.

CRI Sexual Harassment e-Learning courseware has been endorsed by the National Association of Human Resources Consultants.

The cost associated with the online course is $3.00 per manager/supervisor. To access the course you will need to download the attached excel spreadsheet, populate it with the number of manager/supervisors that will be taking the course and the information for our contact person. Once payment is verified we will provide you with the complete login information for each course attendee.

Upon completion of the course you will receive certificates and a master spreadsheet of "students" and their scores.
